Then you may be interested in purchasing an annual support contract. With a support contract, you'll receive priority hands-on support over the Internet, a direct channel for technical questions, and the experience of individuals who have helped develop the product you're using.

Small, single-machine install
Up to 250 Users, community database, low volume, standard email support only		 $895
Medium and large installations
Medium and large systems, named users, individual user training  		 $1,495 Per Machine
Very large installations
High-Volume or ISP / Institutional Systems / High Availability  		 $2,995 Per Machine
